New Construction Wiring

From new construction to renovations and additions, we do it all.

New Construction Wiring

We work directly with custom home builders and homeowners-as-builders. Plans get reviewed before rough-in, circuits get laid out before the walls close up, and the panel gets sized for what you actually plan to plug in, not the bare minimum. Two ESA inspections (rough and final), all coordinated.

Often paired with renovations & additions, panel upgrades, and energy-efficient lighting. We coordinate the whole job under a single permit when it makes sense.

FAQ

New Construction: questions we hear most.

Real answers from a master electrician. If you don’t see yours, call directly and we’ll work through it.

Do you work directly with custom home builders?
Yes. We work as the electrical sub on custom builds and infill projects, from plan review through trim-out. We coordinate directly with the framer, HVAC, plumber, and drywaller on schedule.
Will you read my plans before pricing?
Always. We do a full plan review and load calculation before quoting. The panel gets sized for what you plan to plug in, not the bare minimum.
Do you handle both ESA inspections?
Yes. The rough-in inspection and the final inspection are both pulled and scheduled by us under our ECRA license.
Can you work on a homeowner-as-builder project?
Yes. We work directly with homeowners building their own custom homes, including managing the ESA permit and inspections on your behalf.
