Residential Electrical Services

Your local master electrician for everything inside and outside the home.

Residential Electrical Services

Most of our work is inside Durham Region homes: fixing the things builders rushed through, finishing what other contractors started, and adding the circuits that modern life keeps demanding. Every job is run by a licensed electrician, every install is to ESA code, and Brad answers the phone himself.

Often paired with panel upgrades, ev charger installation, and renovations & additions. We coordinate the whole job under a single permit when it makes sense.

FAQ

Residential Electrical: questions we hear most.

Real answers from a master electrician. If you don’t see yours, call directly and we’ll work through it.

Do you take small jobs like a single outlet or a flickering light?
Yes. Service calls are a regular part of our week. We give you a fixed price up front instead of an open-ended hourly clock.
Can you install a Level 2 EV charger?
Yes. Level 2 EV charger installation is its own service since most jobs include a panel load calculation and an ESA permit. We install Tesla, ChargePoint, FLO, and most other home chargers.
My breaker keeps tripping. Can you diagnose it?
Yes. Repeat tripping is usually one of three things: an overloaded circuit, a failing breaker, or a fault somewhere on the circuit. We troubleshoot, isolate, and repair instead of just resetting.
Do you do aluminum wiring remediation?
Yes. We pigtail aluminum branch wiring with copper using AlumiConn or COPALUM connectors, which is the remediation method most home insurers will accept.
